Beyond the Pitch is a day programme you add to your existing trip, built around sport and culture. Instead of a standard excursion, you dive into the sport that truly defines a destination alongside a local guide - think a history walk, a Hall of Fame visit, hands-on training or a live match. Informative and educational, but above all: a fun and unique experience you won't just stumble upon. Not travelling? We also run clinics at your school in the Netherlands. Beyond the Pitch is een dagprogramma dat je toevoegt aan je bestaande reis, opgebouwd rond sport en cultuur. In plaats van een standaard excursie duik je samen met een lokale gids in de sport die een bestemming echt kenmerkt - denk aan een geschiedeniswandeling, een Hall of Fame-bezoek, hands-on training of een live wedstrijd. We offer several formats, depending on your group and what you're looking for: a history walk with a Hall of Fame visit (available year-round, no fixture needed), the same experience plus a live Extraliga match in Prague, a Gaelic Games clinic with training and a Hall of Fame session in Dublin or Kilkenny, or a clinic-only option at your own school, club or sports facility in the Netherlands. Looking for something bigger? A live club fixture up to an All-Ireland final at Croke Park. Our experiences currently run in Ireland and the Czech Republic, with more destinations in the pipeline, but we also offer Gaelic Games clinics right here in the Netherlands, at your own school, club or sports facility. Ideal for PE lessons, sports days or training sessions without any travel required. Niet per se. An Irish coach explains the sport and Irish culture, then students get going with the basics and game formats, and if you like we finish with short matches. About 60 minutes per class, 25-30 students per session, on your sports field or in your sports hall. We bring all materials. No. Our history walk + Hall of Fame visit and our clinics can run year-round, with no fixture on the calendar required. If you do want to catch a live match, that's seasonal in Prague (Sept-Apr) and depends on the fixture calendar in Ireland. Nee. Onze walking tour + Hall of Fame en onze clinics kunnen het hele jaar door plaatsvinden, zonder dat er een wedstrijd op de kalender hoeft te staan. Wil je wél een live wedstrijd meemaken, dan is dat in Praag seizoensgebonden (sept-apr) en in Ierland afhankelijk van de wedstrijdkalender.

Primarily schools, companies and sports teams looking for a unique group experience alongside, or instead of, a standard excursion, staff outing or training camp. But groups of friends and other informal travel groups are just as welcome: you don't need to be a sports expert, everyone feels at home at a Beyond the Pitch experience. In de eerste plaats voor scholen, bedrijven en sportteams die op zoek zijn naar een unieke groepservaring naast, of in plaats van, een standaard excursie, personeelsuitje of trainingskamp. Maar ook vriendengroepen of andere informele reisgezelschappen zijn van harte welkom: je hoeft geen sportexpert te zijn, iedereen voelt zich thuis bij een Beyond the Pitch experience.

A minimum of 4 people. There's no maximum: we're happy to think along with you on a suitable setup, even for large groups. Vanaf minimaal 4 personen. Er is geen maximum: we denken graag mee over een gepaste invulling, ook voor grote groepen.

This depends on the chosen programme and location, especially live matches, which are tied to a fixture calendar. Send us your group size, preferred date and location, and we'll get back to you with a suitable proposal and quote.
